Painted Cave Mutual Water Company, Incorporated, is a California general corporation operated as a not-for-profit mutual water company. All assets of the Corporation exist solely to meet the obligations of the Corporation to provide mutual benefits to the Shareholders as defined by the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws. The primary purpose of the Corporation is to act like a public utility to provide domestic water service to the Shareholder owned parcels within the Painted Cave Tract.
